Gavin is no stranger to living by the water. After growing up on the North Carolina coast and spending several years in Charlotte, he officially adopted his wife Sandy Tisdelle’s hometown of Orange Park as his own. He has since joined forces with his sister-in-law and close family friend to launch the Florida office of Genevieve Williams Real Estate. It’s safe to say that the move to Jacksonville has been a true family affair, and Gavin wouldn’t have it any other way.
In addition to Gavin’s in-depth knowledge of the buying, selling, and relocation process, his background in hospitality management and small business ownership has given him a passion for customer service and made him a world-class problem solver. With over 25 years’ experience, including spending over a decade as a director of a national commercial real estate firm, Holly brings her vast real estate knowledge and leadership experience to Genevieve Williams Real Estate. In her role as Managing Broker, Holly oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and provides valuable agent support and guidance.
As a longtime Fleming Island resident, Holly cares deeply for the Jacksonville community. She serves on multiple local boards and does charitable work with numerous non-profits including the Clay County Salvation Army, the Meninak Club of Jacksonville, and the Friends of the Orange Park Library.
